Evaluate the coach...

Our volunteer coaches work so hard each season.  And nevertheless, coaching always feels like a "work-in-progress."  Coaches are always thinking about the next thing the players need to learn, another way to inspire them, a different approach to teach a technique.

In the spirit of constructive feedback, please provide meaningful feedback about your team's coach and your player's experience this fall.  If you want to identify your individual team, that's fine, or you can simply identify your club.  The information will be sent back in a digestible format that will allow the coaches and clubs to reflect on their performance this season.  Only one survey per player, please.
