Youth Rec Soccer - Spring 2026

Registration is open NOW!

Our Spring programs include offerings depending on age:

• For players born between 2007 and 2017, we offer a league program that competes in either the Thurston County Youth Soccer Association (TCYSA) or the Grays Harbor Foothills Youth Soccer Association (GHYSA). These programs' season runs from March to mid-June.
• For players born between 2018 and 2021, we offer a junior soccer program, which runs the months of April and May and is focused on developing skills for younger players. 

Our regular registration will run from October 24, 2025 - January 31, 2026. Due to our focus on keeping team sizes in compliance with association roster rules, players will be added to a waitlist once the age groups hit max capacity. Waitlisted players will be placed on a team where possible in order of registration date. **No team or player requests are guaranteed.

IMPORTANT!! We do require proof of age for each player. Please email a proof of age document/image (Passport, Birth Certification, Driver's Licenses or State Issued ID) to Registrar@smysc.org. If we already have it on file from previous seasons, there is no need to re-submit it.

As a club, we rely on community volunteers. If you have any interest in coaching this Spring season, please register early so we can avoid any last-minute cutting of teams. We can also always use volunteers to assist with park maintenance or our Snack Shack. Take advantage of this opportunity while we work to grow and develop Shelton FC. • For players born between 2018 and 2021, we offer a junior soccer program, which runs the months of September and October and is focused on developing skills for younger players. 

Our regular registration will run from June 6 - July 10. Due to our focus on keeping team sizes in compliance with association roster rules, players will be added to a waitlist once the age groups hit max capacity. Waitlisted players will be placed on a team where possible in order of registration date. **No team or player requests are guaranteed.

Building off of last year’s success in the WA State Rec Cup, we are encouraging all league teams to register and compete in it again starting in November. Teams should plan to play until mid-December, depending on teams' success and advancement in the tournament.
