To uphold these values, we have contracted Northwest Accounting Group, a local accounting firm, to oversee our bookkeeping processes. This ensures that all financial transactions, from donations and program fees to operating expenses, are accurately recorded and properly categorized. By outsourcing this critical function to experts, we enhance the accuracy and reliability of our financial records, creating a strong foundation for effective decision-making and reporting. In addition to external bookkeeping, we have engaged DNM & Associates, a separate firm, to provide an annual financial accountability statement. This independent review evaluates our financial practices, verifies the accuracy of our reports, and ensures that funds are being used in alignment with our mission. This extra layer of oversight not only demonstrates our commitment to transparency but also provides stakeholders with the confidence that their contributions are being managed responsibly. To keep our community informed, we publish regular financial updates, including detailed reports on revenue, expenses, and the impact of funds on our programs. These updates are shared during board meetings, made available upon request, and summarized in our annual report.
